Is coaching a good fit for me?

-
Coaching is best for individuals who are not actively in acute crisis and do not need urgent safety support. Coaching can be a good fit for folks who have experienced acute crisis on occasion or live with chronic passive suicidality and have a strong network of social supports to help when crisis happens.
